Returns on Medicines
For health and safety reasons, delivered medicines are generally not eligible for return. Medicines are temperature-sensitive and cannot be reused once dispatched.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement may be processed in the following cases:
- Wrong medicine delivered
- Expired medicine delivered
- Damaged or tampered packaging
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Medicine unavailable after order confirmation
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and share clear details or images where applicable.
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified, the refund will be initiated. Refunds are processed through UPI or bank transfer. The refund process may take 5 to 7 working days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Medicines delivered correctly as per the order
- Incorrect medicine details provided by the customer
- Change of mind or medicine no longer required
- Delivery delays caused due to incorrect address or customer unavailability
