Refund and Returns Policy

At DavaExpress, we aim to provide our customers with genuine medicines and healthcare products at their doorstep. Your trust is our top priority.

As per government regulations, medicines once sold cannot be returned, except under specific circumstances mentioned below.


1. Return Policy

You may request a return only if:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

  • The product is damaged or tampered at the time of delivery.

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or partially used medicines.

  • Temperature-controlled or special storage medicines (e.g., insulin, vaccines).

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., diapers, sanitary products, health devices) once opened.

Process for Return:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp/Call: 9939798999 / 8298000097 within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share order details and a clear photo/video of the product.

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request.

  4. Once approved, the delivery executive will collect the product (if applicable).


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • If the product is unavailable or out of stock after placing an order.

  • If the product delivered is expired, damaged, or incorrect, and no replacement is available.

  • If you cancel your prepaid order before purchase of the product from market upon your confirmation.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method (UPI/Wallet/Card/Bank).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via UPI/Bank transfer.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before Purchase of the product, by contacting our support team.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


4. Important Notes

  • DavaExpress reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.

  • Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery.

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Sasaram, Bihar.
